NEW YORK CLE

1.5 Hours of New York CLE Credit is Offered for Each Webinar in EKO's Library.

EKO produces monthly employment law update webinars in conjunction with Miller Law Group, a leading California employment law firm for business. Miller Law Group is a State Bar of California approved Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) provider. Legal professionals who are members of the New York State Bar will receive one and one half hours of CLE credit for viewing webinars in EKO's Library based on the following criteria from the New York State Unified Court System:

A New York attorney may apply CA CLE credits toward fulfilling his/her NY CLE requirement if the programs are:

1. Approved for California MCLE credit,
2. Exceed 60 minutes in length, and
3. Implement the use of a verification procedure that meets NY standards.

All of EKO's recorded webinars meet these requirements and therefore can be applied towards your New York CLE requirement.

Each continuing education course includes:

• Recorded webinar presented in an on-demand, e-learning format
• Webinar audio available for download (mp3)
• Webinar slide deck available for download (pdf)
• Frequently asked questions and answers from live webinar, when available (pdf)
• 1.5 hours of California MCLE and New York CLE continuing education credits
• 1.5 HRCI recertification credits (PHR, SPHR, & GPHR)
